Regulations on membership fees of the NGO \"Association of Craniofacial Surgery and Skull Base Surgeons\"<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t1. Members of the Association can be doctors of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons who have reached the age of 18 and actively contribute to the fulfillment of the statutory tasks of the Organization.

2. Introduction fee 2000 UAH. Annual fee in the amount of 1000 UAH. Payment details: Name of the organization: NGO “AKKHOCH”.

Purpose of payment: Introductory (membership) fees from full name for the current year.
After payment, be sure to notify us by sending a letter to the mail (a receipt must be attached to the letter).

3. Members of the Presidium and honorary members of the Association, in respect of whom a decision has been made by the Presidium, are exempt from paying entrance and membership fees.

4. To join the Organization, the following documents must be submitted:

      • Application form for a member of the Association.<\/li>\r\n \t
      • Diploma or document confirming medical education. In the absence of such a document, the possibility of joining is also discussed at a meeting of the Presidium members.After the Presidium decides on membership in the NGO “AKHOCH”, the required amount must be transferred to the account by the end of the current month.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>

        5. After paying the fee, notify by letter to craniofacial.ua@gmail.com, indicating the date and time of payment or attach a photocopy or scan of the check.
        6. After joining the NGO “AKHOCH”, everyone has the right to join the section that interests them.
