ASSOCIATION OF CRANIOFACIAL SURGERY AND SKULL BASE SURGEONS is for the development of craniofacial neurosurgery and skull base surgery in Ukraine and abroad, to integrate the efforts of specialists of various profiles who participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with craniofacial pathology and skull base tumors.
The Association, in particular:
– provides free access to information, free exchange of knowledge and experience in the field of craniofacial surgery and skull base surgery;
– organizes and conducts congresses, conferences, seminars, symposiums, exhibitions (including international ones), master classes, speeches by Ukrainian and foreign specialists, exchange of specialists for training and exchange of experience;
– organizes educational and research programs in the field of craniofacial surgery and skull base surgery;
– promotes training and advanced training of domestic specialists both in Ukraine and abroad;
– develops specific proposals for solving current problems of a fundamental and applied nature in the field of craniofacial surgery, skull base surgery and applied related disciplines;
– participates in conducting expert assessments in the field of craniofacial surgery and skull base surgery;
– participates in the development of clinical guidelines, protocols, standards and a quality management system for providing care in the field of craniofacial surgery and skull base surgery;
– participates in the processes of accreditation, licensing certification, certification of specialists in the field of craniofacial surgery and skull base surgery;
– participates in competitions for grant projects, receipt and implementation of grants (financial non-repayable assistance), including international ones, which are aimed at achieving the statutory goal of the Association.
